Our first Project
São Paulo 55 was our first project, our first love. Decorated by a Portuguese Professional Decorater – Pureza Magalhães, São Paulo 55 always surprised our Guests for its reconstruction and decoration. São Paulo 55 is composed by 3 2 bedroom apartments and 3 one bedroom apartments.
Location
Located at Cais do Sodré area, well known by its night life, you are equally near the Tejo River and Chiado neighborhood. Supermarket, restaurants, pastries, stores, pharmacies, banks… all next to you.
Building
The São Paulo 55 building was completely renovated in 2014, keeping the traditional Lisbon architecture. The building in burgundy tiles and black awnings become very popular around the neighborhood.
Apartment
Each apartment offers one bedroom with one double bed (plus one bedroom with 2 single beds in the case of the 2 bedroom apartment), full equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin and bidet, living and dining room, flat TV with cable programs. Bed linen and bath towels included. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning.
