Personal Check Ins made from 11H until 17H. After 17:00H codes are given to Guests so that they can enter directly into the building and apartment, and a next day visit is agreed between us and the Guests. We are always available 24H/7 days week by mobile, mail, WhatsApp.
All apartments have a book, made by our team, with lots of information about the apartment, services available in the surroundings, Lisbon tips and restaurant list. Also available: maps and Magazine Follow Me with what is happening in the city during each month.
Cleaning: change of towels 4 in 4 nights + cleaning for stays above 6 nights.
Cleaning on demand: cleaning service available on request (extra cost).
