A Reconstruction Awarded Building
We are proud to say that Combro 7 won the Urban Rehabilitation for Residential Building in 2016 (SIL). A beautiful building in a beautiful typical Lisbon corner. Combro 7 is composed by 4 1 bedroom apartments, 7 2 bedroom apartments and 2 3 bedroom apartment. Two of them are duplex.

Located in the new trendy area in Lisbon – Poço dos Negros area, in Combro 77 you can still feel the spirit of the original neighborhoods in Lisbon. The 28 tram is just around the corner to take the guests to the castle.
Building
The Combro 7 building was completely renovated in 2016, keeping the traditional Lisbon architecture.
Apartment
Each apartment offers a double bed or 2 single beds bedrooms,, full equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin and bidet, living and dining room, flat TV with cable programs. Bed linen and bath towels included. Air conditioning in all the areas. Wi-Fi available in all unit.
