All our apartments are strategic located in the downtown area in Lisbon. In a matter of minutes you can reach all the major historical hot points in Lisbon. Also next to us you can always find transports stops, restaurants, stores, supermarket… all to make your life easier in Lisbon.
All our apartments were decorated by professional Portuguese Interior Decorators, offering not only a modern design but also a Portuguese touch and a cozy ambiance.
We are connected to our guests since the booking moment until… their return to Lisbon and our apartments. We are 24/7 available for our Guests physically, by mobile, e-mail, whatsApp… and always with a smile. There’s nothing more pleasant to us than meet guests and share our Portuguese Welcoming Style.
We develop a list of Services based on our experience with our Guests and theirs needs. Our goal is to make your staying with us the best experience ever, fulfilling all your wishes.
Although we always like to meet our guests personally we know that sometimes it’s not possible. In these cases, we provide all instructions so that the check in and check out can be made by the Guest itself. Inside each apartment the guest will find always a map and a book made by us with all the instructions of the equipment’s of the apartment, Lisbon and restaurants tips and, of course, Wi-Fi code. Being available 24 hours by phone, mail, WhatsApp.
We give special attention to the Guests that arrive with children, giving priority in check in, cleaning and in all services. All our apartments where we can receive babies, we have baby beds, baby chairs and bath tubs available. We also have a list of specific services for children that you can request: stroller rent / baby kanguru rent etc.
Although the formal check in starts at 15H, we always receive our guests starting at 10H/11H to receive their luggage. We also facilitate the luggage storage at the Check Out so that Guests can enjoy a bit more our city.
Our prices includes one cleaning for stays above 6 nights and towels changing 4 in 4 days. You can also ask for a customize cleaning service for an extra fee.
